Why do you use PayPal?
PayPal is the credit card processing system used by major online retailers such as Ebay.  We believe it offers the highest possible protection for consumers.

Do you offer refunds and cancellations?
Yes.  Please see our "Customer Care" section for details.

What will happen after I submit my credit card information?
You will get a confirmation that you should print out from PayPal.  We will also e-mail you a confirmation within 24hrs confirming that we received your payment.

Will I get a tour ticket sent to me by regular mail?
No.  Your confirmation will be your ticket.

Where can I catch the tour?
You can catch the Toronto Hippo Tour at 151 Front St W. On the corner of Front St and Simcoe St, directly in front of East Side Mario's.  Near the CN Tower and Union Station. 

How long is the tour for?
The Hippo tour is a 90 minute, uninterrupted, fully narrated bus and boat tour of Toronto.  The tour departs daily from 11am - 6pm, 7days a week, every hour on the hour.
