Refund Policy

For Individuals
Refund for individuals applies to bookings made for 9 people or less.  Please see "For Groups" for information on refunds for bookings of 10 people or more.

A 100% refund will be made to individuals who cancel at least 48 hours before the tour date by completing the Cancel Tour form, in full,  in the Customer Care section of the website.

An individual can also request a refund after the 48 hour period, but must do so directly with the tour operator.  If this is unsuccessful, the individual can request TorontoTours.ca to intervene and attempt to retrieve the refund from the tour operator.

 

For Groups
TorontoTours.ca will refund 75% of the group tour purchase, provided that it is cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour date by completing the Cancel Tour form, in full,  in the Customer Care section of the website.

If an individuals from the group cancels, TorontoTours.ca will refund 100% of the purchase provided that it is cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour date by completing the Cancel Tour form, in full,  in the Customer Care section of the website, and that the group is still made up of at least 10 people after the cancellation.

We recommend that group leaders collect a 25% deposit from the individuals in the group just incase of cancellations.

 

For Travel Agents
A 100% refund ( less any commissions ) will be made to Travel Agents who cancel at least 48 hours before the tour date by completing the Cancel Tour form, in full,  in the Customer Care section of the website.

A Travel Agent can also request a refund after the 48 hour period, but must do so directly with the tour operator.  If this is unsuccessful, the Agent can request TorontoTours.ca to intervene and attempt to retrieve the refund from the tour operator.

 

Delivery
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of refund.
Delivery will be made through PayPal to the same account used to make the purchase.
Refund will be made in Canadian Dollars.
